In 1997, drummer Brad Wilk was on tour with his band Rage Against the Machine, opening for U2. He woke up one morning halfway through the tour with his eyesight diminished by about 30%. About Stevia The Science of Stevia
Stevia is a species of herbs and shrubs in the sunflower family. It's origins trace back to subtropical and tropical regions from western North America to South America. Stevia Rebaudiana, the sweetest stevia species, has been harvested for centuries for its sugar-like taste.
In 2008, Reb A was approved by the FDA for use as a food additive, with the stipulation that the extract must contain a minimum of 95% Reb A. Today, many popular brands utilize Reb A as a means to sweeten their products, effectively reducing calories and sugar.
Pyure Brands takes quality and taste to the next level by offering extremely high purity stevia products, up to 99% Reb A. Additionally, Pyure is the first to offer certified organic stevia sweeteners, as well as a complete line of stevia extracts for commercial manufacturers, in a variety of purity levels.
Using an extraction process similar to steeping tea leaves, we can pull out steviol glycosides, most notably a glycoside called Rebaudioside A. Amazingly, Reb A is up to 300x the sweetness of sugar! These glycosides are heat-stable, pH stable, calorie free, and do not induce

Makes: 2 cups (4 drinks)
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
• 2 cups fresh raspberries
• 4 packets Pyure sweetener
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 3 ounces tequila
• 1 ounce raspberry vodka
• 1 ounce orange liqueur, optional
• 1 cup ice
• Lime wedges
Directions:
1. Place raspberries and Pyure sweetener in blender container. Blend on high speed about 10 seconds. Add lemon juice, tequilia, raspberry vodka and orange liqueur, if desired. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Strain mixture to remove seeds. Return to blender container, add ice cubes and blend on medium speed.
2. Dip rims into plate of additional Pyure sweetener. Pour raspberry margaritas into glasses.

2. Pour about 1/4 cup alcohol mixture into 4 tall glasses; fill with ice. Top with diet cola and garnish with lemon slices, if desired.

Holly's Pyure-ly Irresistible Banana Bread
Cutting sugar doesn't have to be hard. Pyure makes it easy with this simple recipe that it guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
Makes: 2 cups
Ingredients:
• 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
• 2 packets Pyure Stevia Sweetener
• 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
• 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
• 1 tbs slivered almonds, toasted
Directions:
Mix yogurt with Pyure Stevia Sweetener in a small bowl. In each of 2 parfait glasses or bowls, layer 1/2 cup yogurt mixture, 1/4 cup raspberries and 1/4 cup blueberries. Top each with toasted almonds.
TIP: Any fresh or frozen fruit can be substituted for raspberries and blueberries. For an additional sweet taste, simply sprinkle desired amount of Pyure Stevia Sweetener over fruit.

These delicious cookies won't make you feel bad about getting caught with your hand in the cookie jar!
Makes: 28 cookies
I ngredients:
• 1 tbs vanilla
• 18 sachets Pyure Stevia Sweetener
• 3/4 cup 2 tbs unsalted butter,
softened
• 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup cornstarch
• 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl with electric mixer, beat butter, Pyure Stevia Sweetener, vanilla and egg until well blended. Mix in flour, cornstarch and salt. Beat about 30 seconds or until dough forms a ball. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten to 2-inch cookies.
Bake 12 to 16 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet. Cool slightly on rack. Sprinkle warm cookies with additional Pyure Stevia Sweetener; cool on rack.

• 3 ripe bananas
• 1 1/2 cups of flour (For a healthy
alternative try whole wheat flour)
• 1/2 cup of sugar
• 1/2 cup of Pyure Stevia Sweetener
• 1 tsp of baking soda
• 1 tsp of salt
• 4 tbs of melted butter (For a healthy
alternative try low fat butter)
• 1 egg
Pre-heat oven to 350. Spray 9x4 pan with non-stick spray. In large bowl smash bananas. Once bananas are smashed, slowly blend in sugar and Pyure Stevia Sweetener into the bowl. Blend until product has a smooth consistency. Once that is complete blend in the melted butter and egg.
